In the first half of 2020, under the guidance of the Zhejiang-Xinjiang aid headquarters, Aksu Prefecture set up "100 Stores in Ten Cities" offline sales outlets, which shows good results.

On that basis, the provincial aid headquarters formulated a three-year action plan for the“100 Stores in Ten Cities” project of characteristic agricultural products circulation in Aksu Prefecture. The project aims to innovate and promote the scale and industrialization of e-commerce empowerment.

 

Efforts will be made to promote cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and brand cultivation in the circulation field, and further transform the scale and quality advantages of specialty agricultural products in Aksu area, so as to drive farmers to increase their incomes and promote high-quality economic development.

 

An O2O integrated logistics distribution system will be built to vigorously promote O2O integration, take advantage of online resources, empower offline outlets, open up online platforms, make full use of distribution warehouses, and front-end warehouses. The scope of distribution will be expanded with online orders available and offline logistics distribution reachable.

It is planned to give full play to scale economies and encourage joint operating companies to store products in the front-end warehouses in Zhejiang. The "100 Stores in Ten Cities" operating companies will organize online and offline single-piece delivery to reduce logistics costs and improve the competitiveness of Aksu and the first division of agricultural products.

 

According to the market demand, the operating companies and franchise companies will be jointly organized to process and produce according to orders, improving the production capacity of standardized products as well as stabilizing product quality.

 

The "original brand" and "time-honored shops" are to intensively process agricultural products in the Aksu area with qualifications to enter the supermarket into the supply system of "100 Stores in Ten Cities" to meet the needs of various e-commerce platform sales and live broadcast delivery of goods.
