Recently, in order to solve some intractable problems in the GA industry, Deqing County, Huzhou City gives great support to the Collaborative Innovation Center for Engineers in terms of building a platform for the introduction of engineers and a talent "reservoir" for the center.

Due to the problems of talent shortage, imperfect structure, and narrow training channels in the general aviation industry, Collaborative Innovation Center in Deqing plans to build a platform to introduce engineers by establishing joint laboratories with domestic leading enterprises, as well as establishing scientific and technological cooperation alliance with overseas industrial organizations.

At the same time, it plans to create a talent "reservoir" through the recruitment of top mentors and school-enterprise cooperation.

Collaborative Innovation Center for Engineers is a new high-tech innovation platform that Zhejiang has been working hard to build this year. It treats "mature technology application and promotion service" as the main direction, gathering a group of engineers from domestic and overseas scientific research institutes, universities, and enterprises to share resources such as technologies, achievements, talents. The center is the "MegaMind" for serving the particular industry with local characteristics.

In recent years, Deqing has seized the opportunity for the development of aero-engines and gas turbines to improve the aviation industry. However, it is difficult to achieve the goal if individual enterprises, research institutes, and universities fight alone without cooperating with each other.

"Collaborative Innovation Center is a brand new exploration, and Deqing's active practice is worth learning," said the responsible person in the Talent Official of Provincial Party Committee. 

At present, with the help of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Engineers, Zhejiang has introduced more than 160 full-time engineers and more than 500 part-time engineers. The gathering effect of talents on the platform begins to show.
