As big data and AI technology are now widely applied in Zhejiang, the "Internet + medical" model is bringing new ideas to solve these dilemmas.

A new approach to access the hospital is nowadays familiar to patients: open the mobile APP, click "Internet Hospital", find the corresponding hospital and department, fill in the disease, choose remote consultation or online follow-up...Within 24 hours, doctors on duty will quickly respond online, prescribe diagnosis, and treatment. The distribution platform will then receive orders and deliver drugs.

Thanks to digitizing the health sector in Zhejiang, more and more hospitals try to tap into the Internet area to provide remote services for patients. According to statistics, by the end of 2019, nearly 300 hospitals in Zhejiang had been connected to the Internet hospital platform, and more than 3 million people had made online consultations, follow-up visits, and prescriptions.
