Since Sino-Italiano Delle Risorse Umane was settled, Rui'an has taken this opportunity to actively explore the new model of overseas talent introduction, providing a rich talent pool and intellectual support for the revitalization of Rui'an.
Rui'an attracts talents through platforms. Through the first Rui'an High-level Talent Innovation Competition, more frequent inter-school exchanges, the introduction of LPIT (IEC61869) and medium-voltage smart grid sensor group project and other ways, more channels have been formed to foster talent exchanges between the two countries. So far, 20 Italians have been introduced into Rui'an.
Rui'an takes the initiative to look for talents. The Rui'an Overseas Talent Job Liaison Station has been established, and a cooperation agreement has been signed with a talent training center in Italy (GALDUS). Also, a number of Rui'an companies proactively set up a recruitment team to Italy to attract talents.
Rui'an impresses the talents with sincerity. Rui'an has built up connection with Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design (IAAD), Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), Politecnico di Torino and other institutions to explore the establishment of a long-term talent joint training mechanism; a bilateral talent service green channel to provide pre-entry consulting services for Chinese immigrants to Italy, and focused on public service reform to offer more convenience for overseas talents in Rui'an. With all these concerns, overseas talents will love and stay in Rui'an.
