Making the "Jiande steamed stuffed bun", a local specialty in Jiande city, Hangzhou is an important industry for the local society in Jiande. The specialty is famous for its taste and smell and has attracted national fame across China, especially along the Yangtze River Delta.

In order to help the local people sharpen their skills in making such delicious steamed stuffed bun, the Yang'an Community of Yangxi Street in Jiande has recently opened up a week-long public fee-free tutorial session for local residents, inviting experts who are skilled in baking to teach them.
