1.The five hospitals in Zhejiang rank among the top 100 hospitals in China in 2020

The ranking list of Chinese hospitals in 2020 was released in Shanghai. This year's list includes the national comprehensive list of hospitals, the national comprehensive list of specialties, the national reputation list of specialties, the comprehensive list of seven district hospitals, and the reputation list of regional disciplines. This is the hospital ranking list released by the Institute of hospital management of Fudan University as an independent third party for the 12th consecutive year.

Among the top 100 national comprehensive hospitals in China, 5 hospitals in Zhejiang Province are listed:

The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine

The Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine

Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine

The Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine

2. The cold wave is coming, Zhejiang’s temperature cool down greatly these two days

Monday is "Minor Snow" in the lunar calendar. With the advent of Sunday's cold wave, heavy rain occurred in most of central and southern Zhejiang and coastal areas yesterday.

Monday's minimum temperature will appear from evening to night, only around 5 ℃.

It is expected that the minimum temperature in the morning will fall below the freezing point. At the same time, the wind force will also increase, and the gust can reach more than level 8.

3. The installed capacity of the Zhejiang offshore wind power project has refreshed the record

At 19:19 on November 21, Jiaxing No. 1 offshore wind farm of Zhejiang energy group, a key construction project in Zhejiang Province, realized full capacity grid-connected power generation, breaking the installed capacity record of offshore wind power projects in Zhejiang Province.

The total installed capacity of the project is 301.2 MW and 74 fans are installed. Since the first batch of fans is connected to the grid for power generation, 137 million kWh of clean electric energy has been generated. The previous record-holder was Putuo No. 6 offshore wind power, with a total installed capacity of 252 MW.

4. 2021 International Symposium on Museums and Sustainability opens

From November 21 to 24, the "2021 International Symposium on Museums and Sustainability" is being held in the Anji Museum of Zhejiang Nature Museum. The theme of the conference is "reconstruction and Sustainability of Museums", and four sub-topics are set up: "Sustainability of Museums", "Museums with cities and communities", "Cross-border cooperation of museums" and "Frontier of museum education development".

The agenda of the next two days of the seminar includes 10 keynote reports and 4 theme salons. More than 30 Chinese and foreign guests will exchange the latest achievements of sustainability of museums around the world online and offline combined with their respective research fields.

5. Quzhou launches event to promote reading

More than 20 reading-related activities including lectures, reading salons, and book exhibitions will be staged in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province from Nov 19 to 21, local authorities said.

Over 100 publishers will participate in the reading events and showcase more than 50,000 books.
