The Center for China and Globalization Yangtze River Delta Research Center (CCG YRD Research Center) was officially established and settled in Fuchunshan Health City on Nov 8 in Tonglu County, Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, during the 10th Hangzhou Tonglu Science and Technology Talent Week.

The center aims to help build Tonglu into an international exchange hub, bringing together cross-border resources such as international and domestic industry, research, academics, and business, in a bid to promote policy and industrial research, cultural exchanges, and professional training.

2. Zhejiang's first all models "ETC Free Flow" toll station at the entrance of the freeway is coming

Recently, the first all models "ETC Free Flow" toll station at the entrance of freeway in Zhejiang province was officially put into trial operation at the entrance of toll station under the jurisdiction of Hangzhou North management center. All ETC vehicles can choose any lane to enter the freeway as long as they realize non-stop transactions on the entrance gateway.

The "ETC Free Flow" system refers to the advance of ETC charging transactions to the gateway. As long as ETC is installed for both trucks and cars, it can realize the advanced transaction and effectively improve the traffic time.

3. Hangzhou Metro Line 6 opens to traffic

The second stage of Hangzhou Metro Line 6, stretching from Goujulong to Fengbei Station, will open to traffic on Nov 6, linking the Asian Games Village of Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and Hangzhoudong Railway Station.

4. A lady in Jinhua city won Miss Universe China Championship

On November 8, the campaign for Miss Universe China ended in Xiamen. Jinhua lady Yang Shiyin defeated a group of candidate beauties and won the 69th Miss Universe China Championship.

Subsequently, she will represent China to enter the 70th Miss Universe Global Finals to be held in Eilat, Israel, on December 12.

On November 5, Zhejiang Consumer Council once again talked with the relevant persons in charge of the nine video and audio websites of iQiYi, Youku, Tencent video, Sohu video, PPTV, Mango TV, LETV, Himalaya, and Qingting FM.

The Provincial Consumer Council requires all video and audio websites to remind members of their rights in a prominent position before opening members, which can not be hidden in the service agreement. For pop-up window and pause advertisements, the setting of the cancel key must be reasonable to facilitate consumers to close. For film on-demand services, a single chip purchase payment mode should be opened so that consumers can buy on demand; For member unsubscribing, the process shall be simplified.
