Jade Bi is one of the most representative objects in the Liangzhu culture. A particular type of symbol was found on a small number of jades in the late Liangzhu culture. These jade carvings engraved a symbol of a bird standing on a step. In the same period, similar carvings appeared on the stone carvings of the first dynasty in ancient Egypt. Some scholars believe that the similar symbols appearing in two ancient civilizations show that people had certain similarities in understanding religions in the early days of the society.
