With the  Hangzhou Asian Games approaching, Fuyang Shooting, Archery & Modern Pentathlon Range, and Beizhijiang Water Sports Centre are being built at an accelerated pace. Both of them are now in the final stages of construction. The venues are designed to blend the concept of landscape with the spirit of the Asian Games. Their unique appearance and intelligent facilities are attracting much attention.

Fuyang Shooting, Archery & Modern Pentathlon Range is inspired by the Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains. By placing 34,000 rotating louvers on the façade, the beauty of the landscape is reflected in the shifting light and shadowy herringbone-shaped curved roof echoes the surrounding mountains. All these are a visual treat for the audience.

The Beizhijiang Water Sports Centre is located on Dongzhou Island. The streamlined shape reflects the softness of the water. A 270-degree view of the river from the referee center is designed to ensure the precise and efficient running of the games. This Asian Games venue is expected to be transformed into a five-star hotel after the event which will become a part of the beautiful Fuyang cityscape.

Asian Games venues in Fuyang not only deliver international standards of construction. They are also integrated with the local landscape and culture. The concept of ecology of Fuyang people will be remembered by those who come to Fuyang and visit the city.
