"Dong Mi Tang" commonly known as crispy rice candy in Zhejiang, is a kind of sweet and crispy dessert that is widely consumed among local people in Wuyi County, Jinhua City. This kind of dessert will mix fresh rice, peanuts and sesame with candy to create a bulk and the bulk will be cut into small pieces.
