Aki comes from Kasukabe, Saitama of Japan. Over a decade ago, Aki met her Chinese husband back in Japan and they came to Jiaxing. Now they run a restaurant called CocoLazo together. Aki said that it is the food that connected her with the city and helps her make many friends.

Aki believes Jiaxing is a city with many interesting places to explore. She enjoys wandering around the city in her spare time to taste authentic Jiaxing cuisine and make traditional Chinese food. She hopes to have the opportunity to take her family to experience Jiaxing’s food and culture.
