Jason Wong Chee Sien, a Malaysian with a PhD in chemistry, works at Zhejiang Casnovo Materials Co, researching polymeric material development and production in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province.

Working in China, what impressed Huang most was the atmosphere of innovation. "The government gives strong policy support, talent support, tax relief, high-tech enterprise recognition, and other preferential policies to high-tech enterprises", said Huang.

Huang Zhixian has a good vision for his future in China, "I hope the company can make more breakthroughs in the field of new materials, and I also look forward to becoming a leader for my career path in this industry.
