Percy comes from Ghana. As a new citizen of Wenzhou, he has settled down in Wenzhou and has built up his family in this beautiful city. In this video, Percy paid a special trip to the Wenzhou's charity landmark - Hongri Pavilion. 

According to Sun Lanxiang, the lady in charge of Hongri Pavilion, as the Chinese New Year approaches, the Hongri Pavilion Public Welfare Team insists on providing warm ginger tea and porridge to the citizens every day. The staff often get up at 4:00 before dawn to make ginger slices and cook tea with the hope of offering warmth to every Wenzhou citizen in the cold weather.
