Alex said this is one of the street foods he likes to eat in Wenzhou. He likes to put some hot sauce on it when he eats Chinese-style omelette wrap in this old shop, "the deliciousness will get doubled."

The proprietress said that she starts business at dawn and closes at dusk every day. She was very satisfied in her heart when she watched the hurrying office workers and students come to her shop every day for buying an omelette wrap, then happily set off again. Therefore, she opened this shop for more than 20 years.
