The 2024 Global Forum on Hehe Culture kicks off in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, on Nov 2.

Essam Sharaf, former prime minister of Egypt, said that Hehe culture, including harmony, peace, unity, and cooperation, could be the heart of building a community of shared future. He believes that China and Egypt, as members of the BRICS countries and the Global South, can promote the values to the world, and it is necessary to utilize cultural industries such as film, art, painting, calligraphy, poetry, to share the values of Hehe culture to the world.
