On the morning of September 13, the 19th Asian Games Torch Relay - Zhoushan was launched at Shenjiamen, the "600-year-old fishing port". The total length of the torch relay route in Zhoushan is 10.9 kilometers, showing Zhoushan’s unique style as a modern ocean city.

The first torchbearer in Zhoushan is Luo Yu, a former Chinese women's volleyball team member and current vice president of Zhoushan Youth Sports School.

There are 170 torchbearers in Zhoushan. They come from various industries, including model workers, scientific researchers, entrepreneurs, workers in new industries, etc., as well as ethnic minorities, disabled people, and other groups.

At Zhoushan Citizen Square, torchbearer Zhang Yifan took over the last torch. He is a young national-level athlete in wrestling and a new generation of youth representative in Zhoushan's sports industry.
