A lecture about Chinese characters has been held by the Global Youth Club. International and domestic students attended this lecture.

The lecture was delivered by Gu Feifei. It started with a description of the ancient and modern use of Chinese characters in Asian countries and regions, and introduced the origin and development of Chinese characters, the evolution of glyphs and fonts, character creation methods and Chinese character writing rules. 

The Global Youth Club and the lecture series are supported by the China Internet Development Foundation.
