Russian student Victoria is pursuing her graduate studies at Huzhou University in East China's Zhejiang province. She wants to be a physical education teacher in the future.

Victoria is impressed by the one-stop administrative service in Zhejiang province. She felt the convenience and efficiency in applying for visas or handling other administrative matters. Digital life has also amazed Victoria, "Booking tickets, online shopping, and ordering food delivery can all be done with a single smartphone."

Victoria also promotes China to her family and assists her sister in applying to universities in China. She hopes they can embark on this journey of opportunities and find their dreams just as she has.
