Viktor Batanov joined Hangzhou Normal University as a lecturer. He has made great efforts for the cultural and educational exchanges and cooperation between China and Ukraine and was awarded the West Lake Friendship Award by the Zhejiang Provincial Government in 2009. During the interview, Viktor said that as the cities of Zhejiang become more and more international, there is a big demand for "fresh blood", new talents, and artistic talent. "Artistic and cultural communications between countries can provide such an opportunity for people to exchange faith, the sense of acquisition, and understanding", he said.
