Unmissable marine food: Shengsi dried eel

As an important part of island culture, marine food is something you should try when you come to the island. It's a beautiful thing to eat seasonal food in the corresponding season. In Shengsi, Zhoushan, when the northwest wind blows, there're two precious things on the island: sunshine and dried eel (鳗鲞). Dried eel is a local specialty food that can't be missed.
