Binjiang COVID-19 Assistance Platform was launched on January 26th when Hangzhou reported a new confirmed case of COVID-19 in order that residents at quarantine can seek help in case of emergency.


"I'm 38-week pregnant, and I may give birth at any time. But now I can't go to the hospital because of quarantine, can you help me?", Ms. Yang, who lives in Binjiang District of Hangzhou, sent out a message for help on the Assistance Platform on Chinese New Year's Eve. Within an hour, she received a call from Health Service Center, and doctors promised to take her to the hospital for delivery when she needed to.

"We hope that through our own efforts, residents can feel the warmth of support during this special period.", The related staff in charge of Binjiang COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters said.
