The 103rd press conference on COVID-19 prevention and control in Zhejiang province was held in Hangzhou at 11 am on January 31. According to the takeaways of the conference, there a few important information to be paid upon attention to, which is as follow: 

1. From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 30, Zhejiang province reported 24 new local cases, all of which are in Hangzhou. 

2. From 0:00 to 10:00 am on January 31, no new local confirmed cases were reported in Zhejiang Province. 

3. Since the press conference being held on January 29, all new cases have come from centralized isolation sites, which indicates that the overall social risk has been under control.

4. There is one high-risk area in Zhejiang Province (Gutian Global Imported Maternal and Infant Lifestyle Shop, Fuchun Street, Fuyang District, Hangzhou); 12 medium-risk areas (9 in Binjiang District and 3 in Fuyang District).

5. On January 29, since a positive case had been detected for joining a wedding ceremony in Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Pingyang County has designated "three zones" for quickly tracking the group of people who are at risk of being infected by COVID-19, and has carried out regional nucleic acid testing. So far, the results of nucleic acid tests of these people involved are negative. 

6. No positive case has been detected in other cities of Zhejiang, except Hangzhou.
