It's a challenging task of ensuring food safety in centralized isolation sites, containment areas and control areas. 

On January 30, the "Zhejiang Epidemic Prevention Catering Management System" developed by Zhejiang Market Supervision Bureau went online. 

According to the developers of this system, the "Zhejiang Epidemic Prevention Catering Management System" is built upon the whole closed-loop system, and is targeted at the regulation of classification for concentrated isolation point homemade meals, the stagnation point combination of supervision and regulation of patrol, hotel staff meal, so as to strengthen health, food traceability, food storage, processing and production, cleaning and disinfection, and food retention samples.
