On the afternoon of December 19, Ningbo city of East China's Zhejiang Province held a press conference on updating the prevention and control of COVID-19. It was announced that, according to relevant provincial and municipal regulations, Ningbo has decided to adjust the emergency response level of the city from Level I to Level II from 15:00 on December 19, and to remove the temporary closure of Zhenhai District, except for the closure and control of Jiaochuan Street.
