Shangyu District of Shaoxing City, East China's Zhejiang Province has seen positive shifts in the soar of the COVID-19 cases, with the number of new positive cases beginning to decline on the day. 

Among the confirmed cases, there were 104 conventional-type cases, 247 mild cases, and 1 severe case (the severe case was an elderly patient with a stable condition), with no critical cases.    

Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission dispatched 13 provincial medical experts to the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences to help with the medical treatment of patients.

From December 16, Zhejiang has kicked off the procurement and allocation of anti-cold supplies, and 18,500 pieces of anti-cold clothing were urgently dispatched by provincial and municipal governments. More than 8,000 anti-epidemic medical workers were fully ensured.

At present, Shaoxing has sent more than 5,100 medical workers to support the Shangyu District in the fight against the epidemic, and to ensure that people get well medical treatment.
