On December 12, the first Global Digital Trade Expo DEPA and Digital Economy Summit Forum for Cooperation was successfully held in Hangzhou International Expo Center. With the theme of "Docking Rules, Docking Industries and Docking Technologies to Promote Digital Trade as a New Engine of Growth, a New Highland of Opening and a New Focus of Cooperation", the forum discussed the institutional opening of digital economy from different perspectives and promote international cooperation in the field of digital economy.

In order to show the development achievements of Zhejiang digital economy, Zhejiang Province Data Trading Service Platform was officially released at the forum, which is a unified data element trading market platform established by Zhejiang Big Data Trading Center under the guidance of Zhejiang Provincial Government. At present, the platform has formed "1 platform + N special zones" data trading market construction planning. Among these special zones, the data international trading zone is an important part which provides full-process security guarantee for the flow of data transactions between enterprises in the field of digital trade and cross-border trade.

In addition, Zhejiang Qiantang Digital Trade Research Institute and the Provincial Business Research Institute jointly released the "Top 100 Zhejiang Digital Trade List of 2022". The list evaluates the multidimensional dynamic data of enterprises' revenue status, market value, industry honor and internationalization process, and presents Zhejiang's digital trade characteristics in the fields of digital identification, artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, cloud computing, digital finance, digital games, digital film and television, digital publishing education and cross-border e-commerce in a three-dimensional manner.

The forum also invited leaders and experts from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Digital Economy Partnership Agreement (DEPA) related countries, national ministries and provincial and municipal governments, research institutions and leading enterprises to discuss the impact of DEPA on the development of China's digital economy from different perspectives, and the opening up of the digital economy system-based. Among them, Li Chen, Chief Compliance Officer of Ant Group, said at the forum that Alipay has joined the digital RMB acceptance network to support Taobao to use digital RMB for payment, which has started to go live in batches.

The forum will play an active role in promoting the process of China's accession to DEPA, further expanding the system-based opening, boosting the dynamic development of the digital economy, and promoting international cooperation in the digital field.
