On the afternoon of December 12, the International Digital Service and Digital Product Trade Forum, a sub-forum of the first Global Digital Trade Expo with the theme of "Serving Digital Change and Leading Digital Trade", wrapped up at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. Chen Tiexiong, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and Mao Xihao, Vice Chairman of the Hangzhou CPPCC, attended the forum and delivered speeches.

The digital economy is becoming a new driving force for high-quality economic development. As a pioneering city in the digital economy, Hangzhou has focused on market-oriented reform of data elements, has built the Hangzhou International Digital Trade Centre, and has constructed a digital trade chain and also created a demonstration highland for comprehensive data development and utilization.

Chen Zhenshan, Chairman of Hangzhou Financial Investment Group, introduced the construction and operation of Hangzhou International Digital Exchange from various aspects, including platform construction and business layout. He said that the Hangzhou Digital Exchange would aim to build an innovative international digital trading platform that is second to none in China, explore the public data licensing operation mode, let the fruits of digital economy development benefit the people, and effectively fulfil the mission of helping Hangzhou to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy.

Afterwards, Mr. Shen Yun, Chairman of Hangzhou International Digital Exchange Co., Ltd. went on stage to show the business layout of Hangzhou International Digital Exchange to the leaders and guests and awarded the "Data Element Forerunner", "Digital Asset Forerunner" and "Metaverse Explorer" commemorative certificates to the business partners to seek a new future for digital trading and build a new digital economy.

The Hangzhou International Digital Exchange Expert Committee, consisting of senior experts including Chen Chun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tan Jianrong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Wang Jiandong, deputy director of the Price Monitoring Centre of the National Development and Reform Commission, was also inaugurated at the forum. The Expert Committee aims to establish an effective communication platform and provide a professional and efficient channel for the Exchange's business exploration, policy research, standard setting and many other aspects.

In addition, a series of Hangzhou digital economy achievements were showcased during the forum, and experts such as Tan Jianrong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, were invited to give keynote speeches.
