On December 11, under the guidance of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office, the Yangtze River Delta IoT Club Industry Chain Community Summit Forum was held in Hangzhou to promote common prosperity, create an industry chain community, as well as boost digital innovation and scene innovation in the Yangtze River Delta.

 Chen Guanlin, a member of the party group and vice chairman of the Hangzhou Municipal Association for Science and Technology, supported the work of the Yangtze River Delta Industry Chain Community, proposing that the follow-up work should play the role of a platform to continuously accelerate integration and create an industrial cluster.

In addition, the event also invited industry associations, leading enterprises and industry elites from the Yangtze River Delta urban to talk about digital innovation scenarios, and benchmark cases and discuss new technologies for social public services.

Xu Ming, chairman of the Hangzhou Digital Economy Industry Union Federation, explained the policy of the first "Hangzhou Digital Artisans" at the forum. He said that digital craftsmen are the new benchmark and model of talents in the era of the digital economy, and they are excellent representatives to help the digitalization, networking and intelligent development of the industry. The innovation and promotion of "Hangzhou Digital Artisans" have contributed to speeding up the construction of a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative digital talent army and helping Hangzhou become a "reservoir" of global digital talents.

Ma Liangdong, Deputy Secretary General of China Service-oriented Manufacturing Alliance, introduced the policy background, international situation and common models of service-oriented manufacturing at the forum, and fully analyzed industrial design services, productive financial services, energy conservation and environmental protection, total life cycle management, total integration and general contracting shared manufacturing and other development models. It was emphasized that the core attribute of service-oriented manufacturing value creation is the systemic change of manufacturing and service integration.
