Ningbo Rail Transit has launched a new plan for free rides since February 13. From February 13, 2023 to June 30, 2023, after 20:00 every day and the whole day of statutory holidays, the entire network of Ningbo Metro Line 1-5 is free of charge. Passengers do not need to buy tickets, swipe cards or scan codes during the free period.

The statutory holidays are as follows:

Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day) (April 5)

International Workers' Day (April 29-May 3)

Duanwu Festival (Dragon Boat Festival) (June 22nd to June 24th)

Notice:

1. Passengers who enter the metro ticket gate before 20:00 need to scan the QR code or swipe their card when exiting the station;

2. During the free ride period, QR code rides do not participate in the accumulation of multi-ride and multi-benefit times.
