On October 28, as the horizontal central road in the expressway network of Linping District, Hangzhou, the second phase of Qiushi Expressway (Xinghe Road - Xinfang Road) was officially opened to traffic.

It starts from the west side of the intersection of Linping Avenue and Xinghe Road, and ends at the east side of the intersection of Linping Avenue and Xinfang Road. This expressway consists of elevated and surface roads, with a total length of about 7 kilometers. After the official opening to traffic, this section of the road will be connected with Donghu Expressway and Wangmei Expressway in series to form a loop system with a total length of 20 kilometers and a speed limit of 80km/h. Linping became the first district in Zhejiang Province to have an expressway loop.
