Hangzhou Metro Line 19 (Airport Rail Express) has entered the commissioning stage and is scheduled to open in September 2022.

At present, many entrances of North Xixi Wetland Station, Wulian Station, and West Lake Cultural Square Station have appeared. Near Hangzhoudong Railway Station, the direction signs for Line 19 have also been installed. The transfer station of Lines 9 and 19, Yudao Station, has also installed transfer signs.

Hangzhou Metro Line 19 starts from Tiaoxi Station and ends at Yongsheng Road Station, with a total length of 59.14 kilometers. There are 18 stations, including 14 transfer stations.

Hangzhou Metro Line 19 runs through the central urban area of Hangzhou. It is a metro line connecting transportation hubs inclusing Hangzhoudong Railway Station, Hangzhouxi Railway Station and Xiaoshan International Airport. It also connects densely populated areas such as Future Science and Technology City, West Lake Cultural Square, Xiaoshan Science and Technology City and Airport New City to further improve the Hangzhou rail transit network.

By then, citizens can take Line 19 from Hangzhouxi Railway Station to Hangzhoudong Railway Station and Xiaoshan Airport in 25 minutes and 45 minutes respectively.
