Liangnong Pastry, an intangible cultural heritage in Yuyao of  Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, becomes a "celebrity snack" for its exquisite shape and sweetness. It is a local specialty made of rice, beans and sugar. Chinese characters representing auspiciousness can be written by red powder on the white surface of the pastry. Owing to its special connection with the "red tourism", the snack has gained great popularity recently.
