Hangzhou held a high-quality tourism and cultural performance enhancement meeting on July 3, where it unveiled the "Ye! Hangzhou" night show IP and announced a series of special summer discounts for tourism performances.

From July 4 to Aug 31, seven major night shows and four new performance spaces across the city will offer free night show activities for children, providing a unique summer night experience for residents and visitors alike.

In 2023, over 1.75 million people attended five major tourism night shows in Hangzhou, with a total of 3,430 performances, some reaching up to 1,400 shows, highlighting a new trend in cultural tourism consumption.

The summer night show activities include free family-friendly performances such as Elegance of Xianghu and Spirit of Water at Qiandao Lake. Other nightly shows and new performance spaces offering free admission include Dream of Shangtang, Hangzhou X Show, West Lake Night Show, and Most Memorable Hangzhou, along with comedy acts like Crazy Hairdresser, Crazy Friends Club, Parachuting Fiancée, and Next Door Wall.

The free activities follow a "Buy One, Get One Free" model: purchase one adult ticket and receive a free ticket for a child under 14 years old. New performance spaces offer "Buy One, Get One Free" for adults with no age restriction. Tickets are available through the "Discover Hangzhou" tourism portal and official ticketing platforms of the performance venues.
