A new hit Chinese TV show, To the Wonder, adapted from the My Altay essay collection, has turned Altay in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region into a new trendy tourism destination among young people attracted by its breathtaking views.

However, Taizhou in Zhejiang province is also capable of providing tourists with their own "Altay-like" experience with its spectacular mountains, waters, and fields.

Lantian Mountain is the highest mountain in the east of Linhai in Taizhou, allowing tourists a panoramic view of the city from its peak. Known as the rear garden of Taizhou, it is also a popular summer resort.
