Known as the "Third Holy Land of Confucianism ", the Confucius Family Temple in Juxi Village, Pan'an County, is one of the largest gathering places of Confucius descendants in the south of the Yangtze River.

The word "Juxi" in Chinese, means "the beech creek". The charming village has a population of more than 1300, with the surname "孔" (pronounced as "Kong") accounting for more than 95%. Although it is far away from the city wall, the descendants of Confucius who live here have always adhered to the Confucian culture and have not been interrupted for thousands of years. At home, they are loyal and respectful to their families and devote themselves to educating their children; Outside, they usually work hard in the fields and spread the spirit of Confucius culture to their neighbours.
