On the evening of August 20, at the intersection of Jinxiu Road and Guangchang Road in Changxing, the red and green lights of the smart crosswalk flashed alternately. Changxing implemented 'civilized transportation + intelligent transportation', and installed intelligent pedestrian crossings at some intersections in the urban area for the first time. The passing status of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles is detected by radar, infrared and video technology. At the same time, with the help of warning devices installed on both sides of the road, voice announcements and flashing lights are used to remind passing vehicles and pedestrians to pay attention to traffic safety.
