In the southeast of Zuokou Township,  Chun'an County,  there lies a beautiful small village called Yaocun Village. The village covers an area of  9.1 square kilometers and is comprised of four natural villages, 318 households and 1,105 residents. The villagers' income mainly comes from wood, tea, green jujube, dried fruit and camellia oil. The most famous of Yaocun Village is its Golden Preserved Dates. Located on the banks of Qiandao Lake, Yaocun Village enjoys a superior geographical environment. People here are simple and honest and the B&Bs are both environment- and visitor- friendly. It is a place worth visiting. It is also one of the poetic and faraway destinations.

The mist-shrouded Yaocun Village in the early morning is extremely beautiful and refreshing. Come here and you'll be addicted to it. The 100-mu lotus pond embedded in the Lingxia wetland echoes the nearby large jujube gardens and the 300-mu tea gardens in the mountains. It has won the favor of many tourists and photographers for its distinctive sceneries and flavors in all four seasons. The original ecological resources such as the ancient Songjia Village and the beautiful scenery of 40-mu lotus pond in Lingxia will bring you a lot of joy.

Here, the long-standing culture and history show its charm; hundreds of years of temple fair culture is advancing with the times; 800-year-old Yaopo Dragon Lantern has far-reaching implications. B&Bs including Qi'an (栖岸), Liangshiju (良适居), Mantangwu (满堂屋), Yaoshun (瑶顺), Junjin (俊金), Changlaiju (常来居) spread along the main road, forming a unique ecological livable landscape.
