At the southernmost end of Zhejiang Province, there is also an charming and excluded small county -Taishun.

The " Land of Covered Bridge in China", and “The First Radon Hot Spring in the World" are its special business cards, and even if you just stroll leisurely in this small place, you can find an amazing and attractive view. 

Speaking of Taishun Covered Bridge, the first thing to think about is Si Xi (Four Streams in English). Four streams include Nanxi, Dongxi, Beixi and Xixi. Although the town is small, it has some of the most famous covered bridges. Next to Beijian Bridge which has the reputation of "The Most Beautiful Covered Bridge", Chinese tallow trees show charming late autumn scenery. Hundreds of meters away, Xidongqiao antique lamps lighting up at night add a classic Chinese flavor for Xidong Bridge.

Taishun Bridges are known as the most beautiful bridges in the world bridge history. Adopted braided-beams, Beijian Bridge features fine and ingenious structure. The bridge house is built on this laminated-beam wooden covered bridge without supporting bridge pier which not only increases pressure of the bridge arch, making bridge a shelter for people from wind and rain and also making it more stable.

At the end of Beijian Bridge is the "Taishun Stone Sculpture Exhibition Hall ", where you can enjoy many models of Taishun's classic bridges. If lucky enough, you also can also enjoy a national intangible cultural heritage- Taishun puppet show.
