In a groundbreaking move, 11 auto parts companies in Qiuchuan town, Changshan county, Quzhou, Zhejiang province have embraced a collaborative development model to overcome the challenges of operating independently.
By sharing exhibition spaces and integrating their supply chains, these enterprises are setting a new standard for regional economic growth.
As a result of their efforts, the shared exhibition hall in Qiuchuan town showcases a diverse array of auto parts, allowing customers to procure a full range of components in one convenient location. The innovative approach has transformed previously scattered small and micro enterprises into a cohesive, united industrial cluster.

Leading the initiative, Quzhou Chenshuo Auto Parts Co provides high-quality parts to auto manufacturing giants like Geely, Chery, and BYD. In 2024, the company generated an output worth 20.13 million yuan ($2.75 million).
"Our collective development approach has successfully streamlined our order and supply chain," said Wang Ping, general manager of Quzhou Chenshuo Auto Parts Co.
The collaborative model not only reduces production and operational costs, but also enhances the interconnected production of the entire industry supply chain. Seamless integration of processes from order-taking to sales has been established, creating a robust ecosystem for auto parts manufacturing.
"We aim to use this collective model to build a platform that attracts other enterprises, facilitating continuous growth," said Huang Bolun, an official from Qiuchuan town.
