A delegation of European scholars led by Pino Arlacchi, former Under-Director-General of the United Nation, Italian sociologist, visited two private enterprises in Hangzhou on March 21. Arlacchi said that he witnessed here a vibrant country with high tech at everywhere, and he was impressed by the vibrant young people. 

3月21日，由联合国前副秘书长、意大利社会学家皮诺·阿拉基带队的欧洲安全智库学者考察团参观了杭州多家民营企业。皮诺·阿拉基说，在杭州看到了一个科技先进、充满活力的中国，朝气蓬勃的年轻人给他留下了深刻印象。
