Spring Festival is being celebrated with a fish-shaped lantern parade in Zhanqi village, Huangshan city, Anhui province.

As an intangible cultural heritage, the folklore activity attracts many visitors to experience the rich festive atmosphere.


The fish-shaped lanterns, designed to resemble a carp, have a long history and symbolize prosperity and good fortune, bringing blessings of success and auspiciousness year after year.
