A group of 36 international students from 25 countries including Jordan and Syria experienced paper cutting in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, on the afternoon of Sept 29.

Under the guidance of Xu Meizhi, a practitioner of Jinhua Paper-cutting — an intangible cultural heritage item, the students crafted works in celebration of the recent National Day.

The activity was part of a series of activities organized by the School of International Education at Yiwu Industrial & Commercial Collage to celebrate National Day, which aimed to enhance international students' understanding of the holiday and offer them a platform to share the National Day cultures in their countries.
