The Global Mayors Dialogue, and the 9th Hangzhou International Sister City Mayors Conference, will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, on Sept 25. Mayors or their representatives from 24 cities across 15 countries and regions, will gather in Hangzhou to discuss new concepts of urban governance and explore new practices in sustainable development.
