From January to July this year, Zhejiang's total import and export value reached 3.01 trillion yuan.


From January to July this year, Zhejiang's total import and export value reached 3.01 trillion yuan ($419.86 billion), up 7.6 percent year-on-year. Exports totaled 2.23 trillion yuan, growing by 7.9 percent, while imports hit 782.01 billion yuan, up 6.5 percent.


Zhejiang's exports to the United States, ASEAN, Latin America, and South Korea outpaced overall export growth, with increases of 11.1 percent, 9.3 percent, 10.7 percent, and 16.5 percent, respectively.


Nearly 100,000 private enterprises engaged in import-export activities, an 8.5 percent increase, contributing 80.7 percent of the province's total trade value. Foreign-invested enterprises also saw growth, with a 6.9 percent increase in total trade, supported by a 6 percent rise in exports and an 8.4 percent increase in imports.
