The decoration market is thriving for the upcoming New Year and Spring Festival at Yiwu International Trade Market in Yiwu, Zhejiang province.
As the upcoming year is the year of the dragon according to Chinese zodiac, dragon-shaped decorations have been increasingly popular in the market.
Up until now, orders for dragon-related products have increased by 20 to 30 percent compared to 2022 in the market, according to Zhejiang Daily.
Traditional decorations and accessories for the Spring Festival also include perfume satchels and objects featuring the Chinese character fu meaning fortune and bliss.
