On April 2, the three-day 17th China Yiwu Cultural and Tourism Products Trade Fair ended successfully. During the exhibition, a total of 103,000 buyers and visitors were attracted, a year-on-year increase of 22.81% compared to 2019.
This exhibition attracted many foreign buyers. They all said that they saw a lot of Chinese intangible cultural heritage and various cultural and creative products through the exhibition, and built a good platform for them to seek cooperation opportunities.
The theme of this exhibition is "Start a New Journey, Enjoy a New Life", combining online and offline interactions, and setting up three comprehensive exhibition halls: Theme hall, Beautiful China hall, Poetry, and Painting Zhejiang hall, Leisure and Creative Life hall; there are 5 specialized exhibition halls: the National Products and Trendy Products Hall, the New Consumer Living Hall, the Digital Trade Hall, and the E-sports and Animation Hall. There are not only comprehensive exhibition halls showing the cultural and tourism achievements of various places, but also professional exhibition halls reflecting new products and new formats. , including cultural and creative products and tourism commodities, new scenarios for an immersive experience of smart tourism, display of intangible cultural heritage items, etc.
As the first national brand exhibition in Yiwu this year, this exhibition attracted 1,195 enterprises and institutions from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country to participate in the exhibition, an increase of 20% compared with the previous one. The exhibition set up 3,403 standard booths, an increase of 7.8% over the previous session, and more than 160,000 products was exhibited.
In addition, this fair highlights specialization, marketization, and branding, displays the frontiers of cultural and tourism development, reflects the trend of cultural and tourism innovation, and builds a display and exchange platform, a supply-demand docking platform, and a product trading platform for the national cultural and tourism development achievements.
