Wang Yucheng said that in the past 20 years, Yu Village has re-formulated the development plan, established the "Two Mountains" tourism company, built a mine heritage park, explored a model of relying on the ecological environment to get rich, and turned the ecology and scenery into a source of income. The villagers can collect rent, earn salaries, and share funds. In 2022, the collective economic income of the village will reach 13.05 million yuan, and the per capita income of villagers will reach 64,863 yuan.

Zhejiang has special geographical conditions, with 70% mountains, 10% water, and 20% cultivated land. Zhejiang's private economy is very prosperous. Encouraging private enterprises to take the initiative to participate in rural revitalization and common prosperity is an important way to build a common prosperity demonstration zone. Xu Guanju, a representative of the National People's Congress and chairman of Transfar Group, brought a sound supporting mechanism this year to guide and support private enterprises.

Xu Guanju said that in recent years, Transfar Group has built "Xie Jing'An Transfar Hemei Village" in Xiejia Village, Jingyou Village, and Anshan Village in Puyang, Xiaoshan, and explored a new model of rural revitalization driven by private enterprises: develop a platform model for the modern agricultural industry; at the same time, it has worked hard to innovate the joint wealth connection mechanism, and cultivated new market players by revitalizing the village collective and villagers' assets.

In his view, in the process of rural revitalization, it is necessary to promote high-quality agricultural development, promote the development of a village-level collective economy and increase farmers' income, and ensure the sustainable participation of private enterprises. There is no mature business model.

Xu Guanju suggested that the national and local governments should further improve the policy mechanism, find out the entry point and focus, and formulate and introduce supporting policy mechanisms that will help private enterprises participate in rural revitalization, to leverage more resources such as social capital and private capital. Participate in it to make the rural revitalization of private enterprises more sustainable.

As an expert in the field of information and communication, Yang Jianyu, a representative of the National People's Congress and secretary of the party committee, chairman and general manager of China Mobile Zhejiang Company, believes that at present, the shortcomings of promoting common prosperity are in the countryside, and the optimization space and development potential are also in the countryside. He suggested that the country should further strengthen the construction of rural information infrastructure, promote the deep integration of information technology and modern agriculture, improve the modernization level of rural governance, optimize and improve the policy guarantee system, and accelerate digital empowerment to promote rural revitalization.

"The state should further increase the funding and policy preference for digital rural construction, support the digital transformation and industrial upgrading of agricultural-related enterprises, set up special funds, increase rewards for the application of digital transformation in agriculture and rural areas; actively encourage innovative elements such as technology, capital, and talents to 'flow to the countryside and stay in the countryside'."
