Responsibility

• To participate in the development of the company strategy according to the company’s goals, roll out the company's technology development plan accordingly, keep the company's technology capability the leading position in the industry, and help to raise the company's profile in the industry.

• To plan the technical route of the company's product line systematically, including future products and existing products, track the technological development, formulate and organize the implementation of key technical solutions, roll out the solutions for key and difficult technologies, and promote the mutual coordination of technology and business by focusing on content and business operations.

• To manage, motivate and cultivate the technology team, balance the workload and improve the team performance.

Requirements

• More than 10 years' working experience in Internet research and development, has working experience in well-known Internet companies across the world, good understanding of China’s media culture, and has the ability to work under pressure.

• Good strategic planning ability and project coordination ability, has ever lead large PAAS or SAAS platforms, has the ability to smoothly carry out a complex closed-loop of "strategy generation--build up the product technology architecture-- technology implementation--commercialization" with sound and successful cases.

• Good technical management ability and team management ability; rich experience in architecture design, implementation and team management; experience in design and development of business architecture, application architecture, technical architecture, data architecture, operation and maintenance architecture of high load, high concurrency, large data volume and distributed system. Good leadership, communication and coordination skills, familiar with the characteristics of Internet research and development, operation and maintenance positions.

• Good learning ability and innovation ability, good command of mainstream underlying principles, familiar with relevant algorithms and leading international achievements, has the ability to track and transform cutting-edge technologies from emerging fields.

• Work experience in big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, etc., and contributors to GitHub open source projects are preferred.
