On November 12th, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talents 2019 - Hangzhou was held as scheduled.

A total of 8 projects from overseas students and 4 projects from foreigners were selected for the finals. The projects were mainly concentrated on the fields of digital economy, life and health, and advanced manufacturing.

Dr. Zhang Xun of the State University of New York won the first prize. His project is to combine artificial intelligence and clinical expertise to develop individualized and optimal treatment plans for patients.
