If you happened to watch the premiere of Avengers: Endgame in the cinema in Jinhui Plaza of Lishui City on the early morning of April 24, you must have been shocked by the “surprise gift” from the Liandu District People’s Court of Lishui City.

All seats were occupied 10 minutes before the movie started, and the audience was surprised to see a pre-show video showing a list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement after several advertisements.

The video produced by the court displayed the following words “With good credit, you can travel freely, otherwise, you can’t take a step” and “Holidays, high-speed trains, flights and going abroad are available unless with a bad credit”, attracting the audience to take photos.

The mechanism of displaying dishonest persons subject to enforcement on public service announcements in cinemas was initiated by the Liandu District People’s Court last year. And April 24 marked the first anniversary of the launch of the mechanism. The short video was another innovative measure of compulsory execution.

It was reported that the practice worked well last year. Knowing that their photos and information appeared or may appear on the screens of cinemas, many of those on the list contacted the court to repay debts.

In addition to cinemas, the exposure measure was also carried out on LED screens and TV screens of buildings in downtown areas and plazas, which urged those people to perform obligation and warn the public not to socialize with them.

It was reported that since last year, 5,478 lists of dishonest persons subject to enforcement have been released by the court of Liandu District. More than 300 lists of dishonest persons subject to enforcement have been exposed on big screens of cinemas, LED screens and TV screens in buildings, with 80 having fulfilled obligation under the pressure.
